Hazon Yeshaya

Hazon Yeshaya, founded and lead by rabbi Abraham Israel in Jerusalem supplies 7,000 meals a day to Israel’s needy. Each of these meals costs 3.50. That’s 20.000 a day! For most of those 7,000 people this is the only food they receive in a day.

The economical crisis in Israel has become immense with 34 % of the children living below the poverty line. That’s one child in three! Eighty percent of our help goes through schools to children. At noon they get their only hot meal of the day, for five days a week.

Hazon Yeshaya in partnership with Christians for Israel is now able to produce 220,000 hot meals every month and to give them to the poorest people in Israel. Thank you for your generosity and obedience to the call of "feeding the orphans and the widows".
